A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. 48hrs notice is required to cancel or change otherwise appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable and non-refundable. Further charges will apply for dogs that are matted or aggressive during the appointment, to ensure our groomers can complete your dogs groom in the correct time, please call us before booking too advise if they are matted or aggressive, otherwise your appointment may be affected and you will still be charged. Please ensure you are on time for your appointment, otherwise the groomer can only complete what they can in the time of your appointment. If your dog is not listed, please contact us and advise the breed your dogs coat and size most relates too.
