To protect you and your dog, please read these terms and conditions carefully before agreeing to them. If you are uncertain as to your rights under them or you want an explanation about them please contact our Customer Care Team

1. BASIS OF AGREEMENT
a. We will treat each order for Pet Day Care services as described in the Doggy Day Camp Programme (“the Services”) as an offer by you to purchase the Services in accordance with these terms and conditions.
b. No booking submitted by you is accepted by us until we confirm its acceptance. No contract shall exist between you and us until we confirm our receipt and acceptance of your booking in this way.
c. Our employees and representatives are not authorised to make any representation concerning the Services. You are advised to ask for written confirmation of any representations particularly if they appear to give you additional benefits to those advertised.
d. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any booking at our absolute discretion.
e. No booking will be accepted until you have:-
i. completed, signed and returned to us the Pet History Questionnaire which accompanies these terms and conditions and
ii. your dog has undertaken our doggy day camp assessment
f. You agree and confirm that you have read and understand our policies and procedures as set out in the Doggy Day Camp Programme.

2. DESCRIPTION
a. All descriptions of the Services issued by us are intended merely to present a general idea of the Services. If you require any further details, please contact us providing details of the additional information needed. However, if you buy Services which are:-
b. not as described;
c. are not suitable for your requirements but that unsuitability was not apparent from our literature or
d. do not match our description of them.
e. we will, at your option, either issue a credit for the value of the Services for use against any service offered by us or refund any money paid for the Services.

3. PRICE
a. The price of the Services is the price set out in our price list.
b. If the Services are unavailable or we need to vary the price to take account of any increase in our costs, we shall notify you and allow you an opportunity to cancel your order

4. PAYMENT
a. No booking will be accepted by the business unless arranged in advance by calling 0191 513 0990.
b. If you book the Services for a single day, payment must be received in full by us when your dog is dropped off or collected from the centre where the Services are to be provided. If you book the Services for blocks of two days or more, payment for the duration of the booking must be received by us on commencement of the first day of the block.
c. You must collect your dog by 6pm each evening. Where the centre is open after 6pm and additional charge of £3 per hour will apply for late collection. On days where our centre closes at 6pm we reserve the right to hand your dog over to the local dog warden service if we are unable to make contact with you.

5. YOUR DOG
a. By signing these terms and conditions, you confirm that your dog:-
i. is in good health and has not been ill with any communicable condition within the last 30 days prior to the date of these terms and conditions;
ii. has not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behaviour towards any person or any other dog; and
iii. has been vaccinated against distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parvovirus and parainfluenza and has had a booster injection within the last 12 months, and has been inoculated against canine infectious bronchitis (kennel cough), which is a separate
iv. vaccination administered up the nose You agree that the details you have provided in the Pet Profile Questionnaire are true and accurate and will inform us of any change in the information provided in case of repeat bookings You agree that you will inform us of any change in your dog’s health over the duration of a block booking If your dog requires treatment while in our care, we will try to contact you to discuss its needs. You agree that if we are unable to contact you, unless you specifically request otherwise, we will arrange treatment as we deem in our absolute discretion to be appropriate, including
i. veterinary treatment.
ii. You agree that any costs and expenses incurred as a result of any action taken under condition (5.a.iv) will be payable by you.

6. ABANDONMENT
a. If you do not collect your dog from us at the time notified to you or, if you are unable to collect, we will try to contact you. If we are unable to make contact and arrange suitable care for your dog then we reserve the right to hand your dog over to the local council dog warden service.

7. LIMITS OF LIABILITY
a. We will accept liability if something we do causes death or personal injury.
b. Other than the liability we have accepted as described above in condition 7a, we will not be liable for any losses that you suffer as a result of any breach of our agreement except those losses which are a foreseeable consequence of the breach. In particular since the Services are provided to you as a consumer, we cannot accept responsibility for any losses related to any business of yours such as lost profits or other business loss that you may incur as result of any breach of our agreement.
c. We will not be liable for any damage to or caused by your dog unless such damage was a result of our negligence or breach of contract.

8. STATUTORY RIGHTS
a. As a consumer, you have certain statutory rights regarding statements made in public by us or our representatives and the performance of services, as well as claims in respect of losses caused by our negligence or our failure to carry out our obligations. In certain circumstances you may require us to reduce the price you have paid for defective or mis described Services or cancel your contract with us. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects those statutory rights.

9. COMPLAINTS
b. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement the address for complaints is, Centre Manager, Woofs n Scruffs, 7 Baird Close, Stephenson Industrial Estate, Washington, NE37 3HL

10. GENERAL
a. You understand that your dog will be socialising in a supervised environment at a ratio not exceeding 10 dogs to 1 member of staff.
b. We will not be responsible for any failure to perform the Services, if that failure is caused by reasons beyond our reasonable control.
c. These Conditions and the contract between us do not create any right or benefit enforceable by a person who is not a party to the contract.
