To enhance our service model and foster a more direct relationship between clients and groomers, all of our dog groomers are now operating as independent, self-employed professionals.
What does this mean for you? Moving forward, 60% of your grooming service fee will be paid directly to your dog groomer. This adjustment ensures that the majority of your payment goes directly to the talented individuals providing exceptional care and styling for your furry companions. We believe this change will not only empower our groomers but also strengthen the personalized experience you receive. It allows our groomers to operate with greater autonomy, enabling them to tailor their services to your specific needs. Please note puppy grooms are only for a puppies first groom and the puppy must be aged under 6 months. This type of groom is suitable only to build a puppies tolerance to grooming and will include bath, dry, nail cutting and trimming of face, bum and feet. If you require further cutting/trimming, your dog is over 6 months or had already been groomed then please book a full groom.
